Red Balau is a hardwood ethically forested from Southeast Asia that is FSC Certified. Perfect for outdoor use it has natural resistant to water decay, splintering and insect attacks. The ICC team cladded the whole perimeter of the property in this beautiful, durable and low maintenance species. We also retrofitted an existing deck with Red Balau as well as building a new deck around a newly installed heated pool

Few other custom aspects of this project include:

4 different size hand made gates.

6 metal mesh panels fabricated and installed to be used as plant hangers.

Different width fence cladding for the whole perimeter.

Stainless steel fasteners for all the cladding and decking.

Hidden storage in pool deck.
