Everlast composite siding & Cedar Shingle restoration

Everlast composite siding has the imprint of real top-grade cedar but is water impermeable, doesn’t need to be painted and it’s fade/insect resistant. This project started with two layers of siding being removed down to the original late 1800’s sheathing. An air/vapor control layer was applied over the wall sheathing and then covered by a layer of rigid exterior insulation. The composite siding brought this beautiful home back to life. Cedar shingles were also installed to the second floor bump out bay windows just as they once had been when the home was first made.

In addition to the siding we also helped the client upgrade their electrical service, replace a rear porch rubber roof, replace front porch shingle roof and remediated structural damage caused by water damage.
